There is nothing worse than over or under-packing and we’ve tried to think of everything to help you know what you need to pack and leave at home, here’s some more information. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.
You will need clothes, food, drinks and your favourite people. No need to pack towels or linen
We’ve filled it with everything you need from sharp knives to pastry brushes to egg cups and more. There is a handheld mixer, cake tins, roasting pans, stick blender, microwave, large gas stove and electric oven.
A wraparound verandah which faces both North and West giving you a variety of spots to sit and have a glass of wine, your morning coffee, listen to the birdsong or do a bit of yoga.
BBQ: Weber Q located in the courtyard with cooking utensils and a spare gas bottle included.
A fire pit (with wood supplied) in the courtyard is the perfect spot to enjoy the garden, sit and star gaze at the Milky Way with a glass of wine while you toast some marshmallows (also supplied).
Outdoor bathtub for those hot summer afternoons.
An old fashioned day bed on the verandah for that lazy afternoon 40 winks!
We provide sunscreen and mosquito repellant.
We provide a pod coffee machine, a stove-top coffee pot and a plunger. Pods and ground coffee. Tea bags, pots and strainers are provided.
There is a large 10-seat dining table in the main living area and a 10-seat outdoor dining table in the courtyard. Tablecloths and napkins are stored in the drawers of the hutch in the living room.
Bathroom 1 has a shower, heated towel rails & heated floor.
Bathroom 2 has an over-bath shower.

The Gables has reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
In addition, the beautiful gas log fire in the main area really heats up the large open plan living space, making it especially cosy in winter.
We provide a washing machine and dryer as well as washing powder.
Ironing board and iron also provided.

A fire blanket and fire extinguisher are located at the bottom of the pantry cupboard in the kitchen.
